    As a certified holistic coach, I can help you move forward and build healthier patterns, while a therapist is trained to work with clinical symptoms, and mental health treatment. Many people use both together, depending on their needs.

  • In an online Reiki session, you’ll be guided into a relaxed state over video or phone via meditation while I focus on directing vibrational energy toward you. Even at a distance, people often describe feeling warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or emotional release during the session, though experiences vary.

  • Energy healing practices like Reiki are commonly used to support relaxation, stress reduction, emotional balance, and a general sense of well-being. Some people also find them helpful alongside conventional care for coping with anxiety, depression, fatigue, pain, or insomnia.
