AUGUST 2025 ENERGY REPORT

Dear Readers,
August arrives heart-first, with our ego somewhere in the mix getting lovingly dismantled. Much of this month is about learning how to live from the heart without bypassing the truth. Mars kicks us off on August 6th by moving into Libra, and the collective might feel agitated by imbalance—the kind we've been tolerating in relationships, systems, and within ourselves. This isn’t Mars at his most comfortable, but this is an invitation to take sacred action toward harmony, not through domination, but through conscious collaboration. Watch for passive aggression or using intellect to manipulate outcomes. Instead, practice spiritual discernment: Can I speak my needs without blame? Can I listen without defense? Can I be motivated towards win-win solutions?
Mars trines Uranus on August 8th, giving us a bolt of “aha!” lightning. Breakthroughs in communication, relationship dynamics, and how we think about justice are likely. If you're willing to change your mind, you'll find the freedom you're looking for. The Full Moon in Aquarius on August 9th reminds us that individual healing must ripple out to the collective—this is a big one for releasing the desire to conform and reclaiming your soul's unique frequency. Ask yourself: Where am I still trying to belong in places I’ve outgrown? Let this full moon be a release of crowd-pleasing and a reclamation of inner authority.
Mercury stations direct in Leo on August 10th at a degree that speaks to shared devotion and authentic expression. This is a time to mend conflict using communication. Venus meets Jupiter in Cancer just after, on August 12th—a deeply nourishing alignment that blesses emotional generosity, family healing, and divine feminine energy. Receive love without self-sacrifice, and expand your definition of comfort to include emotional honesty, not just peacekeeping.
Mid-month (August 15–18), Mercury sextiles Mars, helping us integrate these lessons through courageous, thoughtful dialogue. On August 19th, the Sun trines wounded healer Chiron energy we got to know a bit more intimately last month—this is a green light to show up vulnerably without shame.
The emotional waters run deep August 20–21 as the Moon conjuncts Venus in Cancer, then Mercury in Leo. Emotional expression becomes the medicine. Let it out. Write, cry, confess. Then the Sun moves into Virgo on August 22nd, signaling a shift from fire to earth. Time to ground our wisdom. We’re preparing for big changes with the Virgo New Moon on August 23rd—the first of two, the second being a potent solar eclipse. This lunation is a clarifying mirror: What details are ready to shift? Where can I simplify my life to reflect my values? Venus squaring Chiron the same day might stir some discomfort around self-worth, but it's asking us to love ourselves as is, not as “fixed” or future versions.
As the month winds down, intensity peaks. On August 24th, the Leo Sun squares Uranus, pushing us to free ourselves from false identities. Expect disruption that births clarity. Venus enters Leo on August 25th, adding fire to our values and relationships. It’s time to express your love boldly and unapologetically. On the 26th, Venus blesses us with stabilizing, dreamy aspects to Saturn and Neptune, and a spark of magic from Uranus. Ground your dreams in action. Create rituals that honor your worth.
Don’t be surprised if shadow work bubbles up again on August 27th when Venus opposes Pluto. Power struggles, control patterns, or hidden wounds in love may surface. Use this energy to transform, not project. Let death give way to renewal. As we close the month, Uranus sextiles Neptune on August 29th, awakening the inner visionary. We’re being asked to imagine a better world—not just out there, but within ourselves. And finally, Mercury trines Chiron again on August 31st, wrapping us in a cocoon of grace and integration. Speak your scars. Share your wisdom. You’re not broken—you’re becoming.
