September asks for purification. There is no bypassing the depth of emotional excavation this month invites. This is healing in the rawest sense. Honest, embodied, and often uncomfortable. It's asking us to surrender to the formless, to learn through the unknown. On a global level, we may see more disillusionment with institutions we’ve clung to for a false sense of security. Individually, we’re being asked: where have I numbed instead of felt? Where have I escaped rather than listened?
